# From Assistant Manager at a Hotel to Full-Stack Developer

I used to work in hospitality, and my last position was as an Assistant Manager at a hotel. But then I discovered Mimo and, with it, my passion for programming. I loved it so much that I wanted to change my career completely.

The key factors for Mimo were the flexible learning path, flexible schedule (my previous job made it hard to plan), and reasonable expectations.

Ultimately, my will to learn and curiosity for new technologies helped me land my first role as a Full-stack Developer and Server Specialist. I work in a hybrid working environment with a maximum of 40% of the time working from home.
