I didn’t start out with a perfectly clear path. I knew I wanted to grow as a developer, but I kept running into the same wall a lot of learners hit: understanding the theory is one thing, building real things is another.

I started learning to code at 14, and now at 17 I’m building and launching projects that people actually use.
Today, I’m a Software Engineer and a 3rd year Computer Engineering student. On a typical day, I build web applications, experiment with AI-powered tools, and work on backend systems. I’m also actively building and launching independent projects, because that’s where learning really becomes real.
My first professional experience was front-end work. I built responsive websites and helped implement UI improvements for clients. The first project I remember was a website for a variety streamer who wanted something that represented their streaming brand well. It was a small project, but it was a big moment for me. It was proof that my skills could actually be used in the real world.
As I grew, I started focusing more and more on building full products people could use. That’s where the most rewarding part of my journey has happened: launching projects publicly and seeing people interact with something I built from scratch.

That journey led to projects like Binx AI, a WhatsApp AI chatbot assistant for tasks like searching, downloading, creating, and managing daily tasks in chat; PDFx, a tool for smarter PDF processing and interaction; and Zerax, a platform for SMEs designed to automate parts of a marketplace with AI agents and use data to unlock instant SME loans.
Launching them, and watching people actually use them, has been the clearest sign of growth I could ask for.
